The Operational Optimisation Workshop is a technical event, designed to share expertise and build on operational excellence; in a rapidly changing environment, to enable plant managers to explore best practice, widen their knowledge of current challenges and gain insights into  technical and operational developments to ensure plants are delivering best possible returns today, whilst building their understanding of the demands that ever increasing emissions regulation and rapidly approaching decarbonisation requirements will make on their systems and processes.
