MEP Pre Construction Services Ltd specialise in supporting clients with Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing services advice during the pre-construction stage of energy projects.

I have spent the past eight years working as sector leader for one of the UKs leading building services businesses. During this period, I have worked on and secured several high-profile projects such as the conversion of Drax to Biomass, Margam REP, Teesside REP, Avonmouth RCC, Earls Gate EfW and a large Tri Generation scheme in Rugby. These projects varied from £8m through to £65m in MEP value. During this period, I have also assisted several clients with pre-construction/FEED studies for numerous energy projects throughout the UK.

With my knowledge and experience gained over the past eight years, I can prepare a detailed cost plan from either the early planning application drawings or from fully detailed architectural layouts and the associated employers requirements documentation. To support this cost plan, I can either provide basic supporting documentation or alternatively I can also create detailed Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection contractors’ proposals, Room Data Sheets and a Division of Works/Responsibility schedule.
