NB: there are tube strikes in London on Wed 15th March, so alternative routes will need to be taken. You can find taxi, train, bus and parking options here.
App
You will have been emailed details of your login for the Conference app which can be downloaded from your app store on iphone or android by searching for 'Energy from Waste 2023'.
You will find your individual login key for the app on the email. While at the conference, you can use the app for the following:
- View the programme and add speaker sessions you wish to attend to your agenda
- Submit questions for the Q&A at the end of each speaker session
- Respond to polls during speaker sessions
- Set up private meetings with other delegates or sponsors

EfW Conference activities: Speed networking
This year, the EfW Conference is introducing a pre-event networking evening for those who wish to maximise their networking at the event.Free of charge to all attendees, the speed networking evening, 18.30 – 20.00 Tuesday 14th March, at the conference venue, Millenium Gloucester Hotel and Conference Centre, will be a structured session of short meetings, based on your business activities and your business interests.After signing up for the speed networking evening, you will be sent a short questionnaire asking for those interests and activities, which will then help us structure appropriate meetings. There will also be time for mingling and those chance serendipitous meetings that the Energy from Waste conference is famed for.Running the evening before the event starts, this is an exceptional opportunity to further develop face to face contacts at the Energy from Waste conference and so get the very most out of the event.

Ryan - a well written summarising article. One avenue of potential revenue available to CCS projects in the EfW sector where the waste has biogenic content is to sell CDR (carbon dioxide removal) credits. This can improve the business case somewhat, but does not necessarily abrogate the requirement for a support mechanism to work in tandem.
