Adam is Chief Sustainability and External Affairs Officer at SUEZ Recycling & Recovery UK Ltd, working with DEFRA, DESNZ and other key industry stakeholders on the rapidly evolving policy landscape in the UK, and representing the company on numerous technical working groups and with the media. He is a former President of the CIWM and a member of their Trustee Board and their Policy Innovation Forum, whilst also chairing the ESA’s Policy and Resource Strategy Working Group. He has over 25 years of waste & resource sector experience spanning academia, local government, consultancy and for the last 6 years in the private sector with SUEZ. He is also a Fellow of the RSA, RGS, CIWM and IOM3, and is passionate about #sustainability #greenskills and #mentoring.

Paul is the founding Director of Paul Winter Consulting which he formed in 2015. He is particularly focused on helping Clients understand the Construction Process and help them maximize their returns on investment. He has worked at senior level in Major International Companies and his experience ranges from the construction of Complex infrastructure projects from Power to airports and Roads For the last 15 years Paul has provided support to a number of clients including: - EPC Contractors - European Companies looking to enter the UK Market - Client side Project Management - Commercial and Project Management Training - Advising on Project funding He is focused on developing strategies for investment in Energy from Waste Projects and delivering the financial outcomes through effective project management.
I am a Chartered Engineer through the Institute of Mechanical Engineers. After gaining a MEng Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Strathclyde in 2014, I initially worked for The Weir Group PLC in their pumps division before moving into the Steam Turbine industry.
For the last two years I have been Principal Engineer at Rotating Equipment Verification (REV) Ltd, an agile engineering consultancy which focuses on Energy from Waste, Power Generation and Oil & Gas industries.
I'm a freelence independent consultant for EfW technology (plant manufacturers). I develop sites and projects putting together the right technology with EPC contractors and funding options.
